This is mostly a definition page, and describes what it takes to qualify for TFT and paid gigs if available. Everything we do is a collaboration.
TF: Defined, these are Trade For opportunities. They are generally Trade for Content, Trade For Time, and often called TFP because traditionally, photos were printed vs. posted, hence Trade for Prints. NOTE: We may use TF, TFC, TFT, and TFP interchangeably. Make sure to discuss and confirm the details of any project BEFORE starting.
We have three options for our –photo- projects1: Hired, Paid, and TF.
NOTE: 95% of our gigs are TF

TFT FAQ:
Q: What is TFT/TFP?
A: Trade for Time/Trade for Pictures/Trade for Prints
NOTE: TFT is more commonly used; rarely do we print photos, and with much of our trading being events, that time and experience it part of what we are trading for.
Q: Why are you primarily TFT?
A: With Rope, Kink, and Fetish activities being an edge activity, we are looking for people who have an interest in the subject.
A: By enjoying the topic, the look, looks, and emotions come through as authentic.
A: We’re not paying for eros; we’re capturing what you enjoy!
A: We charge, so any TF is already costing us hundreds of dollars. If we are paying, we must not only cover your pay but also recoup our time, expenses, and lost income.
A: Sell it! If you’re worth the $$$, you probably have the following to publish it yourself as well or better than I can. As partners, we both get full rights.
A: We are art partners having fun doing what we love.
Q: Well, then, why pay/paid?
A: Occasionally, a project comes along that is out of our control, and as professionals, we get hired for our rigging expertise and artistic purview.
A: We have day jobs, and if you need us to drop everything for a project, we will do so for the right price.
A: We’re not always interested in every project, but cash is king and helps convince us to take on other projects.
A: Getting paid helps us do our other normal projects.
A: If your request is a commercial gig, that’s a job.
Q: Are there different requirements and demands for TFT & Paid?
A: Yes, there are several variables and possible outcomes when being paid:
- Loss of rights: You typically give up the rights to use the creation yourself. Though teasers such as thumbnails, one or two lower resolution images with tags, or a short 5 to 30 second trailer is typically available!
- Video: Unless it’s a commission, photos alone are rarely a paid gig. Even if one can sell photos, they’re usually low-cost items or actually teasers for the video.
- More intense: If someone is paying for something, the audience typically demands something more intense and edgy when doing fetish/kink work.
- Nudity or scantily clad: No, this does not “always” apply, but depending on the market demand and group you’re looking to work with, it may help or be required.
- Not Amateur: Yes, an amateur look is often in demand, but it only works for so long, and is often not a paid item.
No matter the quality, “If you’re paid, you’re no longer amateur.”
(Hence, the paid content allows you to be paid)2 - Not Anonymous:
- Masks, while kinky, should not be an obvious anonymity thing, thus typically removed a few times, especially in the published & unmasked negotiation and consent discussion.
- Blur and Stickers are completely not allowed in “Paid” content
- Consistently needing to adjust angles to avoid faces, tattoos, or other identifying characteristics is typically completely unacceptable if being paid.
- Professionalism: If you’re hired, you have a schedule, and have professional expectations:
- Apply the above items: A professional signs a release, creates in-demand content (i.e., video), is a known performer, and not anonymous, etc.
- Be there,
- Be on time, or actually early, so you can start “on time.”,
- Be ready: dressed, makeup done, not complaining, working through fatigue, etc.
- Be camera-friendly: There’s a look professionals have.
Conclusion, we are primarily a TFT house, but occasionally a paid option is available.
Sometimes, instead of a “paid shoot” a stipend is involved. Stipends range from lunch, clothing, travel, or basic inconvenience compensation. Typically, both parties generally do it for the love of the project, activity, and outcome/art. You can check out our various suggested releases to get an idea of various options, and are open to your policy suggestions and requirements.

Our TFT checklist
If we (You or Us) are not being paid, does the situation and terms fit these bullet points:
- Flexible (especially time flexible),
- Something I’m interested in
- Something local
(Though I love to travel, and do so often)
(Travel expenses and Time Paid for) - Not have costs incurred:
Cover incidentals & costs - Something Marketable: Intense? Video? Engaging? Not Anonymous?
- ALL must sign a full release: This is my payment!
- Gifts are great!
Buy me some new props, rope, lunch, etc - Trades:
Want a special rig, toy, prop, or a specific rope color?
See if it’s a gift I want and will take to cover expenses.
Have other items or services to trade… Hit me up and offer it. - B-Roll: If you have a dedicated photographer, I still
request the option to take some pictures. - No [easy] anonymization: Blotting out people’s faces and tattoos just looks bad. It might be no big deal, but the less that’s needed, the more likely we’ll take it as a TFT gig.
p.s. Masks, though not always feasible, are often an easy option for a TFT session if the concept works.
Sound Good?
Please tell me how we can work together.
Do you have a project in mind?
It doesn’t matter if the concept is yours or ours, we’d love to hear about it.
Definition:
In the case of a paid gig, Photo = Video, and it often includes other gigs.
NOTE: Classes are generally unpaid*, even if the class is paid. It’s a paid clinical environment, a project that helps cover our photo, travel, rent, or other expenses, and Figure Drawing Classes are usually donation-based, with donations split.

2: We have not developed a paid following, hence, we don’t do the paid shoots unless it’s commissioned, and hence, the suggestion to sell your own work if you are in demand to that level.
